The Actlink Marketing Prepack System

Prepack is a system of textbook and stationery supply used by our company to enable us to cater for all your school's requirements, whilst providing quick, easy and personalised service to all your students and parents.

Prepack releases your school from the time, effort and inconvenience required to arrange order and sell your entire student's back-to-school requirements. Let us make 'back-to-school' easier for you and your students, thus releasing your administration and teaching staff to concentrate on other important duties.

Benefits to your school

	The Actlink Marketing Prepack system is designed to cater to your school's requirement
	Our staff will work co-operatively with your school's staff to assist whenever required
	Actlink Marketing is responsible for the ordering, handling and warehousing of all books, stationery and other required items
	We will handle the packing and distribution of orders to parents and students and settle the accounts with them
	Your school retains final say over dates of and venue for collection days within your school

Benefits to your parents and students

	Detailed step-by-step instructions, which make ordering, paying and collecting your Prepack order as convenient as possible
	Student booklists can be completed online or can be collected from the school to be completed and returned to our office
	Home delivery of prepacked orders is available
	Actlink Marketing staff will be available to 'follow-up' any queries at any time during the year
	On collection day, an Actlink Marketing staff member will check each Prepack bag with the customer, ensuring all items are supplied. Any items not available for supply on the day are listed on the delivery order to be supplied as soon as they become available

Actlink Marketing is able to offer a complete range of services to your school, including the following :-

	Full range of stationery and art supplies
	School uniforms, PE attires, school badges, school ties and name tags
	Trophies, plaques, flags, gifts and souvenirs for special events
	Photocopying, printing and binding services

We also invite school bookshop operators to subscribe to our website :-

	School bookshops which subscribe to our web service will have their respective schools' booklists published on this website
	School bookshops which do not subscribe to our web service will have the standard MOE-approved booklists published on this website
	This website opens up another channel for pupils/parents to order their school textbooks; pupils/parents who have access to the Internet can now order their school textbooks from this website
	For the convenience of pupils/parents, door-step delivery of their orders is available at a nominal delivery charge
	Alternatively, pupils/parents can also collect their orders personally at the school's bookshop
